Here We Left It is a series of one minute videos. Using found objects as video containers they are brief, looped works where nothing much seems to happen. Silently flickering and barely moving, they depict fleeting moments of domestic escape and the upending of the real in everyday life. This is a small selection of videos from this series.
The title, Here We Left It, is taken from Virginia Woolf’s short story A Haunted House.
